Ightham

Village in Kent, England, 6 km/4 mi southeast of Sevenoaks; population (2001) 1,950. Ightham Mote is a moated manor house built in 1340, with later additions. The house is now administered by the National Trust. Ightham also has church dating from the 14th-15th centuries.
