Corruptly receiving or agreeing to receive, giving or promising to give, any gift, loan, fee, reward, or advantage as an inducement or reward to persons in certain positions of trust. For example, it is an offence to improperly influence in this way judges or other judicial officers, members and officers of public bodies, or voters at public elections.
