In England, act of the Convention Parliament 1660 implementing the amnesty outlined in the Treaty of Breda as a precursor to the Restoration of Charles II. Participants in the events of the previous 20 years were pardoned, with the exception of 50 named individuals, including 13 of the regicides who had signed Charles I's death warrant.
