However, the renowned scholar of Indo-Germanic languages at the University of Munich, Walther Wrist, argued that Gypsy fairy tales were told in an idiom that was "Indoaryan" and thus manifested "unadulterated Aryan thinking. To this day there are chairs in Germany that combine Indology and Indo-Germanic languages. |
