invoice

Bill sent to an individual or business organization for goods or services received. The invoice should state the amount of VAT (value-added tax) payable and how quickly the bill needs to be paid. A proforma invoice is one provided by the seller to the buyer before goods are shipped. It contains all the information regarding the sale, including the value of the order.
