The inquest, at Rushden and Diamonds Football Club in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire, heard Mr Baranovsky was due to be deported upon his release and made "a sort of protest" by repeatedly cutting himself. Mr Knighton, a print worker from Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire, said: 'It's been very traumatic and upsetting but we're just pushing on and trying to find a cure. At the inquest in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire, the jury agreed in a narrative verdict that staff at the privatelyrun jail did not do enough to prevent the tragedy, by failing to carry out an adequate mental health assessment. |
