Jet Propulsion LaboratoryNASA installation at Pasadena, California, operated by the California Institute of Technology. According to Yoseph Bar-Cohen, an engineer specialising in artificial muscle technology at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, California, this is "a novel approach" for controlling artificial muscles. However, based on the size of the gash, whatever slammed into Jupiter was "much, much smaller" than Earth, said Fletcher of the Jet Propulsion Lab.
