Juha

Opera in three acts by Aarre Merikanto (libretto by Aino Ackté), composed 1920-22 and first produced at the Music College, Lahti, Finland, on 28 October 1963. It tells how Juha drowns himself when the truth of his wife's infidelity is revealed.
