Juha

Opera in three acts by Aarre Merikanto (libretto by Aino Ackté), composed 1920–22 and first produced at the Music College, Lahti, Finland, on 28 October 1963. It tells how Juha drowns himself when the truth of his wife's infidelity is revealed.
