Juon, Paul (1872-1940)

Russian composer. He studied with Sergey Taneiev and Anton Arensky in Moscow and with Woldemar Bargiel in Berlin, Germany, where he settled and was later appointed professor at the Hochschule für Musik by Joseph Joachim.
