Kendal, Felicity Anne (1946- )

English actor. Following her celebrated performance as Barbara Good in the BBC sitcom The Good Life (1975-78), she appeared in The Camomile Lawn (1992) and Honey for Tea (1994), and played leading stage roles in Tom Stoppard's The Real Thing, Jumpers (1985), Hapgood (1988), and Arcadia (1993).

Kendal was born into a theatrical family in Olton, Warwickshire, and made her London debut in 1967 in Minor Murder at the Savoy. Her stage work also includes the title role in The Second Mrs Tanqueray (1981-82), and parts in Hidden Laughter (1990) and Heartbreak House (1992).
