Keynsham

Town in the unitary authority of Bath and North East Somerset, England, lying midway between Bristol and Bath on the River Avon; population (2001) 15,500. Local industries include the manufacture of chocolate and paper. A Roman villa has been excavated here, and there are also ruins of a 12th-century abbey.
