Kilbarchan

Town in Renfrewshire unitary authority, Scotland, 8 km/5 mi west of Paisley; population (2001) 3,600. Local industries include paper making and the production of handwoven tartans. A group of 18th-century weavers' cottages are preserved in the original village.
