Kings Bay

Locality in southeastern Georgia, inside (west of) Cumberland Island, and 45 km/28 mi northeast of Jacksonville, Florida. It is the site of the Naval Submarine Support Base, a major Atlantic military port, with a population (1990) of 3,500.
