Kinver Edge

Recreational area in Staffordshire, England, 8 km/5 mi west of Stourbridge and 8 km/5 mi north of Kidderminster. Kinver Edge comprises 1.28 sq km/0.5 sq mi of high heath and woodland, with fine views. It is the property of the National Trust.

Sites of interest on Kinver Edge include an early Iron Age camp, the Holy Austin and Nanny's Rocks, and a monument to the 17th-century cleric Richard Baxter. There are also a number of rock houses cut into the sandstone ridge, one of which was made habitable in 1993. Adjacent to Kinver Edge is the Kingsford country park.
