Krebs, Johann Ludwig (1713–1780)

German organist, harpsichordist, and composer. He was a pupil of Johann Sebastian Bach in Leipzig from 1726, and became organist at Zwickau, Zeitz, and Altenburg.

Works

Magnificat, settings of the Sanctus; trios; sonatas, suites, fugues, choruses, with variations, and other pieces for clavier; flute sonatas, organ music.
