Kringelborn, Solveig (1965- )

Norwegian soprano. She studied in Stockholm and sang at the Royal Opera there as Susanna and Papagena. She appeared at the Oslo Opera 1990-91 as Mimi, Jenůfa, and Micaela, and sang Mozart's Countess at Los Angeles in 1993, Fiordiligi at Salzburg in 1995, and Ilia at Geneva in 1991. She took part in the premiere of Lutosławski's Chantefleurs et Chantefables at the 1991 London Prom concerts and sang in Mahler's fourth symphony at the 1994 Liverpool Cathedral Festival.
