Kugelmann, Hans (c. 1495-1542)

German trumpeter and composer. He was trumpeter in the service of the Emperor Maximilian at Innsbruck in 1519 and afterwards at the ducal court of Königsberg, where he became music director. In 1540 he published a Lutheran service book, containing a Mass, a Magnificat and hymns, some composed by himself.
