Lacoste

Paris-based fashion label. It is most identified with a short-sleeved polo shirt with a collar, button-down neck, and small crocodile emblem on the chest. It was launched in 1933 by a French tennis star, René Lacoste (1905–1996), who was nicknamed ‘le Crocodile’ because of his aggressive nature on the court.
