Lahn

River in Germany, a tributary of the Rhine; length 217 km/135 mi. It rises in the Rothaargebirge, 15 km/9 mi east of Siegen, and flows to join the Rhine 9 km/6 mi south of Koblenz. The main cities on its banks are Marburg, Giessen, Wetzlar, and Limburg.
