Langeland

Danish island in the Great Belt channel between the islands of Fyn and Lolland. It is 50 km/31 mi long and very narrow. Chief exports are corn, timber, dairy produce, and fish. The beaches attract holidaymakers. Rudkøbing on the west coast is the chief town.
