Lassus, Orlande de (or Roland de) (c. 1532-1594)

Franco-Flemish composer. His works include polyphonic sacred music, songs, and madrigals, including settings of poems by his friend Pierre de Ronsard such as ‘Bonjour mon coeur’/‘Good day my heart’ (1564).
