Leduc, Simon (c. 1748–1777)

French composer and publisher. A pupil of Gaviniès, he was joint director (with the latter and Gossec) of the Concert Spirituel from 1773. As a publisher he issued works by himself and other composers from 1767.

three violin concertos; three symphonies and two symphonies concertantes; violin sonatas and duets; trio sonatas.
