Lee, Bruce (1941-1973)

US ‘Chinese Western’ film actor and director. He was an expert in kung fu and popularized the oriental martial arts in the West with films such as Jing wu men/Fists of Fury (1971) (made in Hong Kong) and Enter the Dragon (1973), his last film.

He appeared in the television series The Green Hornet (1966-67). His other films include The Chinese Connection and Way of the Dragon (both 1972).
