Leech, Richard (1956– )

US tenor. He has performed widely in the USA since 1980 and made his debut at the New York City Opera in 1988, as the Duke of Mantua, and at the Metropolitan Opera House, New York in 1990 as Faust. He sang Raoul in Les Huguenots at the Deutsche Oper, Berlin in 1987) and at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden in 1992. Other roles include Rodolfo (which he performed at Chicago in 1987 and at La Scala, Milan in 1991), Donizetti's Edgardo and Nemorino, and Pinkerton (which he has performed in Washington DC and Florence).
