Lemoore

City in south-central California, 48 km/30 mi south of Fresno, in the San Joaquin Valley; population (1990) 13,600. Dairy goods, fruit, poultry, and market garden crops are produced in the area.

The Lemoore Naval Air Station lies to the west, across the Kings River.
