Lennox

Community in southwestern California, 13 km/8 mi southwest of central Los Angeles; population (1990) 22,800. Originally a farming and dairying community, Lennox is now residential and industrial. Many residents are employed at the Los Angeles International Airport on its western boundary or in nearby aircraft plants.
