Lennoxville

City in southern Québec, Canada, 6 km/4 mi southeast of Sherbrooke, on the St Francis River at its junction with the Massawippi River; population (1991) 4,000. It produces maple syrup, and has the Lennoxville Research and Development Centre of Agriculture.

Bishop's University (1843) and Bishop's College School (1836) make Lennoxville a centre of English-model education.
