Leonard, Jason (1968– )| English rugby union player who finished his career as the world's most capped international. Renowned for his strength and durability, Leonard made his full England debut in 1990, and was a member of the England team that won the Five Nations (and later Six Nations) Grand Slam in 1991, 1992, 1995, and 2003. He went on the British Lions tours of New Zealand in 1993, South Africa in 1997, and Australia in 2001. In February 2003, he became the first English player to break the 100-cap barrier, and only the third player ever to do so. In the same season he helped England to win the World Cup in Australia. |

| He played in two World Cup finals; he was on the losing side in 1991 when Australia beat England at Twickenham 12–6, but 12 years later won the trophy when England beat Australia 20–17 in Sydney. He joined Harlequins from Saracens in 1990, and earlier played for Barking, his hometown club. |
