Liman, Arthur L (1932- )

US lawyer. He joined New York's Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in 1957, and handled many high-profile clients. He was counsel to the McKay Commission on New York's Attica prison riot in 1972 and to the US Senate committee investigating the Iran-Contra affair in 1987. Liman was born in New York City.
