Lin, Cho-Liang (1960– )

Chinese-born US violinist. He studied at the Juilliard School with Dorothy DeLay and made his US and British debuts in 1976 (with the Philadelphia Orchestra under Ormandy and the London Symphony Orchestra under Previn). He has undertaken many concerts in Europe, the USA, and the Far East, and made recordings of concertos by Mendelssohn, Mozart, Sibelius, and Nielsen.
