Lind, Don Leslie (1930– )

US astronaut. He flew with the first operational Spacelab mission on the space shuttle Challenger in April 1985. Lind joined NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center as a space physicist in 1964 and was selected as an astronaut in 1966. He left NASA in 1986.
