Lindenwold

Town in southwestern New Jersey, 19 km/12 mi southeast of Camden; population (1990) 18,400. It is residential and also has meat packing plants and manufactures such goods as plastics and plumbing fixtures.

It was settled in 1742 and was formerly a health resort area.
