Llantwit Major

Small town in the Vale of Glamorgan, south Wales, 11 km/7 mi southeast of Bridgend; population (2001) 10,800. It is built on the site of a 6th-century monastery founded by St Illtyd (fl. 520).

It was 37 years ago, after giving up ice dancing, that Luba moved to Llantwit Major and set about renovating the cottage by moving the bathroom upstairs and opening up two fantasticinglenookfireplaces- one in the lounge and one in the dining room.
Ahead of the project's return to Llantwit Major Youth Centre, where it began in February 2000, workshops have been arranged at The Hive Community Centre in St Athan.
St David's Primary School in Colwinston and Cadoxton Primary will also offer recycling points, along with Cowbridge, Barry, Llantwit Major and Penarth leisure centres.
