Luxulyan

Town in Cornwall, England, 10 km/6 mi southwest of Bodmin; population (2001) 1,400. It has granite quarries and gives its name to luxulianite, a porphyry (type of igneous rock) found in the area. Nearby is the Treffry viaduct.
