Madley

Village in Herefordshire, west-central England, 10 km/6 mi from Hereford. The village is the site of a large radio-telescope complex used for international and satellite communication.

The village church (partly Norman but mostly dating from the 13th and 14th centuries) has the last crypt built in medieval England beneath its 14th-century chancel apse.
