Manila Bay

Large bay on the west coast of northern Luzon Island in the Philippines, considered one of the finest harbours in the world. The mouth of the bay is 17 km/11 mi wide, and it expands in the interior to a width of 56 km/35 mi, and a length of 48 km/30 mi. Extensive commercial fishponds are found in the Pampanga River delta to the north.
