English composer. He studied at York University with Bernard Rands and has been lecturer there from 1988.

Cass (1970) and Calypso (1974); Not a Soul but Ourselves, for four amplified voices (1977), Point to Point for ensemble (1981); Samson, music theatre (1984).

Orchestral

The Song of Abigail for soprano and orchestra (1985); Dying for it, for ensemble (1987); The Big Bang (1989); and Love on the Rocks, music theatre (1989); Stepping Out for orchestra (1990).
