Maude, Cyril Francis (1862–1951)

English actor. He was one of the finest light comedians of his time, and played in the first performance of Arthur Pinero's The Second Mrs Tanqueray in 1893. He was co-manager at the Haymarket, London, 1896–1905, and was manager of the Playhouse, Northumberland Avenue, London, 1907–17.
