McKees Rocks

Borough in Allegheny County, southwestern Pennsylvania; population (1990) 7,700. Situated on the Ohio River, McKees Rocks is an industrial suburb of Pittsburgh 6 km/4 mi northwest of the city centre.

McKees Rocks was established in around 1764 on the site of an American Indian village. The borough's many products include ships, steel, railway carriages, paint, and castings.
