Meyers, Anne Akiko (1970- )

US violinist. She studied with Josef Gingold and at the Juilliard School. She made her debut as concert soloist aged seven, later playing with the Los Angeles and New York Philharmonic Orchestras. She has undertaken tours in the Far East with local orchestras and concerts with the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, St Louis Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de Paris and Boston Symphony Orchestra. Her recordings include concertos by Barber and Bruch, with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
