Milyukov, Pavel Nikolaevich (1859–1943)

Russian politician. He was leader of the Constitutional Democratic Party and between 1907 and 1917 was a member of the state Duma. After the February Revolution of 1917 he was foreign minister in the provisional government, until he resigned later that year over disagreements over his decision to continue the war against Germany.
