Monothelite

Member of a group of Christian heretics of the 7th century who sought to reconcile the orthodox and Monophysite theologies by maintaining that, while Christ possessed two natures, he had only one will. Monothelitism was condemned as a heresy by the Third Council of Constantinople in 680.
