Montvale

Borough in Bergen County, northeastern New Jersey; population (1990) 7,000. Montvale is located 16 km/10 mi north of Hackensack, on the New York state line. A residential suburb on the Garden State Parkway, it has a rural character that has attracted a number of corporations to locate their headquarters there.
