Moorfoot Hills

Mountain range in southeast Scotland, forming part of the border between Midlothian and Scottish Borders unitary authorities, and running northeast from the Peebles area, in which the highest peaks are found. Windlestraw Law rises to 659 m/2,162 ft. The land is mostly given over to pasture for hardy hill sheep.
