Morrisville

Borough in Bucks County, southeastern Pennsylvania; population (1990) 9,800. Morrisville is situated across the Delaware River from Trenton, New Jersey.

George Washington briefly had his headquarters at Morrisville (8–14 December 1776). It is the site of a large steel plant, and also produces rubber, plastic products, and tiles.
