Morukov, Boris Vladimirovich (1950– )

Russian cosmonaut and physician. His first space flight was with NASA's space shuttle Atlantis mission in September 2000 to prepare the International Space Station for its first resident crew. He logged 11 days in space. Morukov provided medical support for crewed space flights for more than 20 years before he began his training as a cosmonaut in 1990.
