Munden, Joseph Shepherd (1758–1832)
| English actor. He had a great gift for facial expression and caricature, and was the leading comedian in London from 1790 until about 1811. He was at Covent Garden for over 20 years before going to Drury Lane, and was responsible for the good fortunes of many otherwise undeserving plays. |
