Nordin, Lena (1956– )

Swedish soprano. She studied in Stockholm and sang Rameau's Aricie at the Swedish Baroque Festival in 1984. She appeared at the Royal Opera, Stockholm from 1986, as Luisa Miller, Cleopatra, Donna Anna, and Maria Stuarda (1990). She performed at the Wexford Festival and at London (1988–89) in Mercadante's Elisa e Claudio and Mozart's Mitridate. In 1991 she sang in the modern premiere of Naumann's Gustav Wase in Stockholm. She has made many concert appearances.
