Oca del Cairo, L'

Unfinished opera by Mozart (libretto by G B Varesco). It was first produced in a version completed with other Mozartian fragments (libretto by V Wilder) in Paris on 6 June 1867. A new version by Virgilio Mortari (libretto by L Cavicchioli) was produced in Salzburg on 22 August 1936, and another by Hans Redlich in London, at Sadler's Wells on 30 May 1940.
