Old Fletton

Town in Cambridgeshire, England, 3 km/2 mi south of Peterborough; population (2001) 7,900. Old Fletton has given its name to a common type of brick. Other industries include the manufacture of electrical appliances and machine and precision tools, the canning of fruit and vegetables, and the processing of sugar beet.
